READING, Mass. - Pretty sure I got the best package in town today. At approximately 3 p.m. today, my brand new NIKE LEBRON 21s arrived to 10 Pierce Street. Thought I'd document the moment with this photo. Please see brown and white package at front door.
I have tix to tonight's Bruins-Panthers tilt at the Garden, so I'm feeling brave and I'm gonna wear these purple and yellow (Lakers) bad boys into the Gahhhden. No worries, I'll have a B's shirt, too.
More to come on my first B's game of the season and, of course, the new Nikes.
In the meantime, here's a pre-game mini review and I'll follow that up with a post-game at some point tomorrow or tonight if I am still up.
Best piece of advice I can give is sizing up 1/2 a size was totally worth it. I am ALWAYS a 10 in Nikes, but with LeBron I'm a 10.5. Either I'm getting a much needed mid-40s growth spurt or these suckers just run small. Probably, the latter.
Let's get to it!
The toe box is super snug. And, Nikes tend to run narrow. Keep that in mind, team.
What stood out to me:
Ultra comfy. The AIR ZOOM cushioning technology almost springs your foot forward automatically, somehow making walking or running easier and faster. And, the toe box, while tight, is pillow soft on the interior.
Appearance is spot on. These are the best LeBron's - design wise - that I've ever seen. They remind me of the old Kobe line.
